Join me for an early Spring forage along the river and through the trees in almond park. Ambling through trees and alongside the burn we will explore how to make wild food a staple and the benefits of doing so - from the nutritional to the cultural and philosophical. Throughout the morning gather the basic skills required to identify common edibles as well as how to avoid poisonous & inedible lookalikes. The walk should last ~2.5 hours with the opportunity to stay a little later to chat and ask any questions. Exact location of the walk will be confirmed via email before the event. Suitable for all ages with children welcome - individual or family tickets. Accessible via public transport and car parking available. Note: there are no toilets at this location. No food will be shared on this event, however, feel free to bring your own snacks along.
